1. Customized items will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.

2. Cake pops are a special order and require extra preparation time. Please contact us for details before ordering.

3. Delivery is preferred, especially for orders within Georgia. For shipping outside of Georgia, please reach out before placing your order.

SPECIAL SHIPPING & HANDLING FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE GEORGIA

1. Any shipment outside of Georgia requires a special-order charge for additional shipping and handling.

FREE SHIPPING OVER $60 WITHIN THE U.S.A.

We know. It's a pretty cool deal.

All orders shipping to a United States address receive free shipping when your shopping cart equals $60 or more after any applicable discounts.

WE SHIP FAST!

1. Please allow 1-2 business days for standard order processing.

2. Once processed, orders ship via USPS unless another shipping method is selected.

3. Delivery time for U.S. packages is typically 3-5 business days, but delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or carrier issues.

4. Customized orders require 5-7 business days before shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

1. Yes, we ship worldwide! International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International or UPS and typically arrive within 6-15 business days after processing.

2. International orders are not eligible for free shipping at this time.

HELP US KEEP SHIPPING SIMPLE

Shipping times are estimates and may be subject to carrier delays. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier and cannot provide refunds for shipping issues outside our control.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY

1. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

2. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

3. If you notice an error in your shipping address, email us immediately before your shipping label is created.

4. Once a shipping label is created, we cannot change the address or take responsibility for delivery to an incorrect location.

RETURNED TO SENDER POLICY

1. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers will be responsible for reshipping costs.

2. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

3. No refunds will be issued for returned packages due to address errors.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

1. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

2. If your package is missing, contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

3. If the carrier confirms they cannot locate your package, email us at [your email] with the case number for further support.

ORDER UPDATES & CANCELLATIONS

1. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

2. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address upon request, but this is not guaranteed.

3. Once shipped, orders must be received before any returns can be processed.
