• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent transactions.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days, while customized items ship within 5-7 business days.

• Cake pops are a special order; please contact us for availability and processing time.

• We primarily offer delivery within Georgia, and any shipment outside of Georgia will require a special shipping & handling fee.

• Shipping times are estimated and subject to carrier delays, which are beyond our control.

• Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $60 (after discounts).

• International shipping is available, but international orders are not eligible for free shipping.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is damaged upon arrival.

• If your package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible once it has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
